Kult Kéfir has migrated its site to Odoo, unifying sales, payment, contacts and marketing. The site reflects their new identity and simplifies the logistics.
Graphic redesign for a site that aligns with the brand
Kult Kéfir already had a specific design on its previous platform. Therefore, we took charge ofthe complete redesign of the siteso that the e-commerce reflects theirnew visual identity, while maintaining the artisanal spirit of the brand.
A simple system to manage orders
At the same time, the manager chose aexternal provider for logistics. Webnest has set up a system whereall orders arrive directly in Odoo, with a label "Web Sale". This allows the provider to prepare and ship orders easily and quickly.
We have integrated Stripe for secure and simple payments, and imported all contacts and Mailchimp campaigns into Odoo.
Thus, Webnest has centralised all marketing and sales operations in one place.
A CRM form to become a reseller
We have also added aCRM formfor those wishing to become resellers of Kult Kéfir. All requests are now centralised in Odoo, directly accessible to the brand's team.
