Kult Kéfir is a Belgian brand of live artisanal kefir, brewed in small batches in Brussels. A passionate team, well-performing products, and an e-commerce site that was starting to struggle on their old platform. The switch to Odoo was necessary for a simple reason: to centralise everything that was scattered, so that the team could focus on the brand and not on the tools.
A brand that is artisanal and growing.
Before us, Kult Kéfir was selling on an external platform with a clean design but isolated from the rest of their back office. Orders lived in one place, Mailchimp contacts in another, payments elsewhere again. Each operation required a mental copy-paste between several tools. And as soon as the team wanted to prepare a shipment or respond to a reseller, it was a hunt for the right screen.
The brief was clear: one single platform, that connects to the outsourced logistics, retains contact memory, and does not look like a standard Odoo site. WebNest managed the migration from start to finish, keeping the artisanal spirit of the brand in all the details of the front-end.
A redesign that fits the brand.
Kult Kéfir already had a strong visual universe: an ochre-amber palette reminiscent of fermentation, a carefully crafted typography, a product showcase that highlights craftsmanship. We took this DNA and refreshed it in Odoo, by coding each QWeb template by hand so that no detail resembles a marketplace theme.

All orders in one place.
The boss had already chosen an external provider for logistics. Our role: to ensure that all web orders go directly into Odoo, with automatic tagging "Web Sale", so that the provider can prepare and ship them without friction. No more Excel files, no more manual exports.
In parallel, we connected the entire payment and marketing layer so that it also lives in Odoo:
Secure payments by card and Bancontact, directly linked to Odoo orders.
All existing contacts and campaigns migrated to native Odoo Marketing lists.
Tag "Web Sales" on each order, accessible in real-time by the provider.
A single Odoo interface for sales, contacts, payments, marketing, and CRM.
Previously, an order went through 3 tools before being shipped. Today, it arrives in Odoo, is tagged "Web Sales", and the provider sees it immediately. No more manual entry, no more risk of forgetting.
A form for resellers that loses nothing.
Kult Kéfir is also growing through its network of resellers. To no longer let these requests linger in an inbox, we connected a dedicated Odoo CRM form. Each prospective reseller fills out a form on the site, and the request automatically becomes a contact in Odoo, with the appropriate tag and qualification pipeline.

Thanks to the WebNest migration, Kult Kéfir now has a centralised and easy-to-manage e-commerce: orders, contacts, marketing and logistics combined in Odoo. The team saves time on operations, reduces data entry errors, and can focus on what really matters for the brand: introducing their live kefir to as many customers as possible, both B2C and for resale.
It is also a site that can evolve over time. When Kult Kéfir wants to add a new type of product, open a gift voucher system, or connect a new integration, the custom code we have implemented holds up. No technical debt, no constraining theme.
